HRa shortage of skills or abilities which could be reduced or eliminated by means of training and development. Training needs hinder employees in the fulfillment of their job responsibilities and prevent an organization from achieving its objectives. HRtraining carried out via a stand-alone or networked computer. Programs are usually interactive, so that students can select from multiple-choice options or key in their own answers.
